Getting parking permits from Hounslow?

Anyone else finding LBH's website almost impossible to pay or use for contacting at the moment?

The new lot are more useless than the previous lot.  Where does the council find such useless  providers?  Still waiting for guest passes from early December

Hounslow should have advised everyone surely?  Only finding out when you "ask" and when you are clearly struggling is not ok. especially when it concerns the contentious topic of parking You're a good guy John but you are picking up things you should not need to, as always.

Contact your local Councillor for help on your problems with the Council.  They have access to information as to where the problems lie.
