5G mast planned at the end of Park Road

An application has been submitted for a 20 metre tall 5G mast at the junction of Park Road and the A4 (PA/2023/3596).I understand these structures are necessary if we want fast internet on the go but the concern here is it might spoil views out of Chiswick House Gardens. I couldn't tell from the planning documents but someone who knows the area well might be able to say.

For sake of accuracy and to enlighten you, God knows it's needed, I started working in the mobile communication industry ( read that out loud and you cannot make it sound like radiation) in 1981 while at BT when we facilitated Vodafone's installation of the full size Portakabin that contained a small mobile phone transmitter on the roof of Fleet Building at 40 Shoe Lane EC4.I moved into sales then consultancy and gained a profile that saw me invited onto a number of industry (do I need to say mobile communication?) SIGs. I ended my full-time career in 2012 working with companies acquiring sites and generating rental income on 20 year+ leases for churches and other community spaces. Never employed or funded by the 'radiation industry' although I did once have a Saturday job selling television sets (far more risky).

Isolated packets of the ill informed do not prove a health risk. It's like the Salzburg milliwatt where a totally unqualified town clerk once read an article and declared that all mobile comms were dangerous. Nonsense. I ask again where is the peer-reviewed data? A few articles, cited by those with a vested interest in selling 'anti-radiation stickers' prove nothing. Experts reviewed TETRA and found that it fell short of meeting safety standards,as a result it was withdrawn. 5G is not TETRA it has been reviewed time and time again. If you knew anything about 5G you would know that it is actually far lower power than even 3G hence the need for many more sites to achieve the speeds that modern society demands and reduce the inverse square power demands of handsets making them even safer.

No, just forty years in the industry including time working on the subject matter experts group but far from an expert as the field is so wide. My focus was however on safety and I would never have let my family have mobile devices if I was at all in doubt

This is not because Lloyds has secret information that has made them aware of the risk but is not telling anyone but because the risk is asymmetric for them. They wouldn't be able to charge any extra but if there did turn out to be a problem it would lead to their collapse. So what incentive do they have to provide cover even though, as people will point out to you again and again, there is no peer reviewed research indicating there are any health dangers.As you are clearly concerned about this you should contact an insurance broker who will be able to find you a company willing to create a bespoke policy to insure you personally against this risk. Perhaps you could share the quote so that anyone else who has the same concerns as you can get similar protection.

5G was not a battlefield technology per se. That was the tunneling form of TETRA used as a 'disabling wave'. Such technology is banned in the UK as a communications medium as poorly implemented TETRA (used to overcome communication blind spots in emergency services communications) was claimed to be implicit in a number of brain tumours when the higher than usual power 'phones' were held for extended periods against the head and mimicked the radiotherapy used to reduce (or in these cases invoke) brain metastases (BMs)

Objections on health grounds will not even be considered, don't waste your time. They havenot been entertained since 2001. There is not a single piece of peer-reviewed research proving a health risk. Object by all means on grounds of visual amenity as there are many ways of disgusing mobbile antenna as, as example, chimney breasts and , in one extreme case, the rotating angel on top of Guildford Cathedral.

So what? I’m sure it would be possible to find plenty more scientists who would be prepared to sign a letter saying 5G is safe.The risk to the general public from domestic microwaves is going to be far higher than 5G signals.

No 'risk to health analysis' is required because actual health professionals have already studied the effects in great detail and the complete consensus among all competent bodies across the globe that it harmless. I've given you the planning ref - you can get more details there. I can also assure you it is highly unlikely that Hounslow Council could end up being reliable.

Almost 200 scientists signed a letter to the EU a few years back, requesting that 5G be properly tested in respect of safety, as they had concerns. I don't know what came of it, but governments have shown little interest in concerns about 5G safety. Obviously, the agenda is oppositely different to that of the Covid scam where safety issues were raised by governments on an almost daily basis in order to destroy the very fabric of society; and they did a good job..

Going off the top of my head - I believe the local council have an obligation to carry out a risk to health analysis before they can install the mast but I need to double check that. 5g is not insurable in the domestic setting i.e. neighbourhoods as its a military technology designed for the battlefield and Lloyds of London have refused to insure it for this reason - meaning Hounslow council could end up being reliable for paying out any claims as a result. oh dear Hounslow... bankruptcy incoming then ??? Oh and I have no plans to hold up the A4 - please dont link me to the Soros well - funded stop oil crowd.

You can protest away if you like (but please don't block the A4) but objections on the grounds of health impact won't be considered by the planning authority.
