Tesla showroom police 

Large numbers of police are outside Tesla showroom onHR About 100 + men and women being escorted out and away Down Devonshire road from a single side door I won't give a description of them as whatever you describeYour get shot down by someone on here. The Tesla showroom is all whitewashed on windows as it's been closed down so not sure what was happening. Maybe it got taken over as somewhere to live and it's only been noticed Who knows

Elon Musk has sold his residential property portfolio and lives in a rented home so chances are it wasn't him that bought the site in 2018 as he doesn't seem to ascribe much value to real estate assets.

The reports from others above suggests something of this nature did occur. You'd have to presume that the event was staged without the agreement of the owner of the site and I'd assume there is now a 24 hour on site security to stop it happening again.

I walked past the showroom yesterday, and there was lots of party detritus on the floor. Was it occupied for some sort of rave?

Tesla moved into the site in 2016 and it was the largest showroom the company had in Europe. It appears to have changed hands in 2018 for over £10million. I don't know if it was Tesla that bought it but they do apparently own some of the other sites across the UK in which they set up sales rooms. Whoever owns it, that's a lot of money top spend and then not secure the premises.

I think Tesla announced they were going in March and the place has been completely empty for a few months.

The folk I saw were mainly Asian men and European women… I did also stumble across a few mysterious looking bags of ‘tobacco looking stuff’ on the pavement nearby… Devonshire Road needs a clear up

Well they were all Mediterranean at a guess and were told to leave area V devonshire road where police stood at the side of devonshire road making sure they took that route from the grey side door they all exited from. All looked medetirranean/african Given it was 12.30 lunchtime and all looked sobar,not sure about a rave but who knows what was going on or possibly what was going to happen

Apparently there was some sort of rave. Some shifty looking folk headed down Devonshire Rd. I wonder if the authorities actually arrested anyone?

This could have been  an innocent and free presentation about how to deal with range anxiety  and the police have got all charged up about it  for some reason

A few years ago a large house on Mill Hill Rd was found to have 76 people living in it.Even in a novel by Dickens that would be hard to believe,but it's true.

The Tesla showroom in Chiswick is permanently closed. They have opened two others in Westfield and at Heathrow

Any description of such large numbers of people involved would be interesting and useful  - if it's factual there would be no justification at all for any negative comment from anyone.
