Virgin's track record on customer service and fault investigation is awful.Through painful personal experience I have found that if you have a Virgin landline your best chance of getting any infomation on wider issues is to call 150 and follow the prompts. None of their online support seems to do a thing. If the issue persists it's worth signing up to the Virgin Media "Community" - though of course you'll need internet access to do so! The forum is patrolled by Virgin employees who are quite good at picking up on issues that the call-centre drones don't understand. Good luck - you'll need it.
