Could Keith provide an example of a "private road", that's a road with no public right of access, that's been created in Chiswick by an LTN?Could NV provide an example of a "gated estate" created in Chiswick by an LTN? Ideally with a photo of the gate / gatehouse?Would David mind providing an example of a "private estate" created by a Chiswick LTN? Something like Thames Crescent perhaps? But created by the Council as part of an LTN.As far as I was aware, LTNs don't create private roads or gated estates because anyone can still drive to any house or flat or business inside an LTN. All LTNs do is prevent rat runners using these streets as through routes. For instance, the Thornton Avenue bollards prevent rat runners, but closing off one end to vehicles doesn't make it a "gated estate" or "private road" by any normal definition:https://www.google.com/maps/@51.4947113,-0.2553079,3a,75y,113.49h,93.23t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s8cObWhzMSPeh5CYC3Okj_Q!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttuBut if the chaps would like to provide an example of one that meets a reasonable definition of a private road or gated estate, then happy to reconsider.
