Turnham Green Terrace

Yesterday morning at about 8.30am I walked along TGT and was very surprised to see so much litter, discarded food, seriously over filled bins with contents spilled around and general crud stretching from the bridge to the High Road. I don't remember it being so bad. Is this an exception or is it often like this?

There does seem to be a problem with bin collection at the moment. Maybe the unseasonably good weather has caught them on the hop or perhaps (although your post predates this) the traffic caused by the Acton Lane closures means bin lorries can't complete their rounds.
