Physiotherapist

Can anyone recommend a local physiotherapist, please? The GP has suggested that physio is what I need for the sciatica-like pain I've had since Sunday.I would be so grateful for any recommendations as I'm suffering quite badly with this pain.Any idea of costs would be appreciated.Thank you.

The best local one, in my opinion, is Kim Saha. She is based in Grove Park and is really brilliant. I think she is around £75/session, but you would need to check with her. All the best x

Having suffered two bouts of excrutiating Sciatica a couple of years ago and trying several remedies, I was finally referred to the Physios at West Middx. Hospital - who were marvellous, and the wait is not very long either. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
