Such a relief that we've been spared having 7 bins in Hounslow. We already have 6 but that 7th would have broken the camel's back. Lucky it existed only in his imagination.

Joseph Lee (1901-1974) was a cartoonist who worked for many British newspapers. This one may have been from the London Evening News in the 50s. I think the captions was "Where do we put the ashes?" He was obviously the Nostradamus of bins!
