Property Ombudsman - Escalation

Having raised a complaint regarding my former managing agent, the reply received from the Ombudsman contained a number of inaccuracies relative to the documentary evidence which I provided.As they're the final port of call, has anyone had experience (or know if it's viable) to pursue this further via there channels once judgement has been passed? As I can't think an individual can get away with such glaring errors....Thanks in advance

A belated thank you Robert, I hadn't had chance to look at their website in any depth prior to my post.Questionably, the individual at TPO did not think to advise me of the process with a relevant link and oddly even advised me against further escalation.Re: previous post, Agent in question was Fletchers.

LBC have a legal hour and a consumer hour both on at 9pm.Not sure which nights.You can phone in your question but make sure you have your facts straight and are to the point.Both people that handle the questions strike me as switched on and knowledgeable.Worth a shot?
