The message is that, if you don't want to be hit with a large clain for unfair dismissal, don't be unduly hasty in getting rid of your CEO under pressure from Ministers, especially when she's been with the bank for over 30 years.

I thought she stepped down and broke many dont's in banking.Hardly pressure from ministers and would have had zero claim for unfair dismissal. Infact she is lucky she was not taken to court along with natwest

I think it is a worse scenario when MEPs, MPs and Councillors collect salaries at our expense and don't do their jobs representing all those people that they should be properly and instead are more interested in their own status and circumstances.

What about when they give their unqualified mates massive contracts to supply unsuitable and inferior health equipment during a pandemic or when they give their cronies and junior assistants life peerages?
