BT Hub engineer wanted

Does anyone know an engineer/technician who can fix a fault in my BT Hub system please? One of the discs seems to have given up communicating with the other (I have two in place). The result is no internet link on one of the computers in the house.All suggestions gratefully received!

Try connecting the disc not working to the hub and resetting and using it as disc one and the working one as disc 2 Basically resetting them and swapping the discs around in the order you have to see what the outcome is. If no joy your likely need to buy a new disc. Not much one can do if its not working unlike other electronics
