I haven't been past there in some time but there used to be a plaque on a building  in Isleworth opposite Worton Road stating that Vincent V.G. lived there in the 1870s

The artist Turner lived in Isleworth also I believe, possibly Chiswick alsobut not sure about that.

Yes,there used to be a notice board - not a plaque , stating that Turner lived above the White Horse - now renamed the Weir, in Brentford. Perhaps it was at the time he painted " The mill at Southall ? "

Yes, Van Gogh actually taught here and the plaque is still there, also Turner painted quite a few landscapes in Isleworth, Turner's House in St. Margarets is well worth a visit.

Yes, that was for a fair time, the Garvins honey wholesalers cash and carry.Great place for single flower and exotic honeys. The plaque is still there.

Where the Chiswick Medical Centre is today at Bond House on CHR opposite Chiswick Road ... used to be a Congregational Church...and years ago behind it a TIN CHURCH where Van Goghpreached/ attended.Don't forget Pissarroor Field Marshall Mongomery!
