SASH WINDOWS

I've had seven sash windows in our house made workable again - able to slide up and down, and the faulty springs replaced. The work was done by an excellent local craftsman I wish to recommend. Thank you.And a reminder for those with sash windows on how to get the maximum airflow as they were designed to do in Victorian and Edwardian times ie open a little at the bottom and a little at the top.  Make sure you have locks.https://www.theguardian.com/education/2003/aug/06/highereducation.uk1
