The 'Up & Running' shop on Chiswick High Road, lead a "Social Run Group" at 6pm every Monday, (starting from the store). 5k runs, around a variety of routes in Chiswick. Very friendly, and at no cost. The group meet once a month after the run, for sociable drinks at a local pub. (In-store discounts available to group runners. They often also organise free shoe trials etc, from manufacturers). Just turn up at the store a few mins before 6pm on Mondays.
