Surveyor for Third Party Opinion
Hi there - About 5 years ago we had a basement and kitchen extension built which is now leaking but of course the builder we used for the job is trying to get us to pay for repairs to the property which we think should be covered by him. I believe we need a Third Party Opinion in order to remind him of his obligations and wondered if anybody on the W4 Forum could recommend a good local surveyor who could do this for us?Many thanks in advance!
