Lawn and order

To cut a long story short, my tiny lawn is now just mud with the odd tuft of grass. What’s my options?

Wild meadow is great. I lived with a friend for most of last year, and chucked a load of wild meadow seeds over his messy driveway at that time; and the flowers are growing this year!

Yes, inspiring post from Michael! Seems they’re best sown in the autumn according to eBay seller, but you can do in spring if you keep well watered. Straw on top helps too.https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185496967154

Yes, mine were sown in the Autumn. I forgot all about it till my friend WhatsApped me some photos a few days ago showing them growing. Anyway, you've got me going on this so I've ordered some to scatter where I live now, and will get started as soon as they arrive and see what happens..

What’s the point in looking after one’s lawn, Michael? Aren’t we all doomed to be microwaved according to your other thread. Can you clarify what the new world order policy is on lawns? It could save a lot of bother.
