Can anyone recommend a mega flow plumber please? Our boiler and heating are working, but we have no hot water. Thanks.

You just need a plumber when this happened to our system it was the hot water value which sits between boiler and the mega flow that needed replacing.

I don't think that Pete does Megaflows. Those that do are few and far between.

In some systems there is an immersion heater that will provide hot water when the boiler is not working.

Thanks all. The Italian Plumber (and he was Italian!) have now sorted it. A wire had come loose and so was not talking to the valve (as Jayne indicated) that deals with the hot water.
Glad it was sorted.
