Name and Shame

Thank you to the people in the Audi 4 wheel drive - who after taking their dog for a walk in Chiswick House decided that rather than take their pooh bags with them - left them outside my front door.  Even seeing me leaving the house they blatantly left the bags and drove off.  Clearly you selfishly think that others should pick your pooh up instead of you.   Self-centred and arrogant.
