TGT Single traffic in operation

Just to say that TGT has single-way traffic lights in operation by zebra due to what looks like water rising from under the road. 
I guess they know it could be a bigger issue given what has happened in the area

There has been a stop valve in the street leaking for days, not surprised it’s taken this long to attend to it

To be fully reopened by next Tuesday, it is apparently the paking on a 6" stop valve that has failed according to the Streetwork register.

That sounds about right given no sign of a burst water mains.I wonder if it has something to do with the water fountain that waited for some time to have water hooked up and worked for about a month feeding the
