Hartington Road Restrictions Suspended Sat 21st Jan

Hi all, as a few have asked, thought it would be easier to put a note on this forum - the council has confirmed that the Hartington Road traffic restrictions will be suspended for the entirety of Saturday 21st January (tomorrow) due to works on Grove Park Terrace. The suspension won't apply to Staveley Road, where restrictions will remain in place.Slightly disappointed this hasn't been more widely advertised by the council. Thanks to my councillor colleague in Chiswick Riverside, Gabriella Giles, for pushing the traffic department for clarification on this.

Thanks for the update - that will be very useful for many people who otherwise would have been stuck in the very bad traffic jams on the A4 due to the Thames Water works at SCR.Were the council asked to suspend the restrictions while this was happening and, if so, what were there grounds for refusal?

Just come that way, and, to support what's been suggested, there's a bin bag over the Hartington Road restriction signs, but not over the Staveley Road ones.
