You must be mistaken, because I have access to secret graphs which clearly show that there was hardly any traffic on South Parade and Acton Lane yesterday, with barely one car a minute passing the detection point. Oh, hang on, maybe they actually show that the traffic was so nose to tail and slow moving that only one car a minute was managing to get past the point. So much for technology! I'm still looking for the doubly secret graphs which show that these roads were actually full of cyclists!
