Christmas tree collection

According to Hounslow Recycling information Christmas trees should have been collected today in my area on the Glebe Estate but ours hasn’t been as yet. Has anyone else had the same problem?

I have raised this with the OPs manager of Recycle360. She will raise it with the team in the morning first thing (assuming it is still a problem)
