Ealing council Website

Is anyone able to log onto their Ealing council account to deal with their Council tax.  I have been trying for a week and it says the site is not responding!  I emailed them but haven't even heard back. How are you supposed to get anything done - I wonder.

I managed to log on about 2 weeks ago and did submit a payment for a property I sold along with a query because I have been overcharged but have heard nothing back, they are so quick to chase people but the service in return isn’t good.

Just tried and i logged in without issueTry clearing cache and cookies for the website in questionIf you do full ckean your need to remember all details for all your websites
