Sending parcels to Europe

I’m struggling to find a reliable service to send small parcels of Lovalley to Germany and Netherlands. Have used Royal mail but items are often held in customs for unacceptable lengths of time and some are even returned home or not delivered. What services do other people use that perhaps a more reliable thank you

You could use DHL but of course there is a price to pay for that service as is with pretty much everything else that has been impacted by Brexit.

I am puzzled by your problem. We have family in Australia and frequently send presents to the grandchildren without difficulty. Is there a special problem with Europe?

Is there a special problem with Europe? Yes Brexit, but we took back control, and have good strong borders.

I think it is Europe. We send to Aus and US no prob
