That is sad news I remember her as Christine Perfect with Stan Webb's Chicken Shack recording a superb blues version of Etta James's R&B classic "I would rather go blind " RIP

Reg McVie ( John's dad) and Long John Baldry's father had two carpet shops one in Acton where John and Christine had their reception and a smaller one, also called Celebrity Carpets on TGT. I had a Saturday job at Goring Electrical which was almost opposite and used to see John Baldry quite often.
