I think he means that the CW4 Private Message facility is now working again. I suppose he could mean that Rishi Sunak has survived his recent travels and is back at No.10, but I don't think so.

Excellent news. This is the text of an email I sent to NeighbourNet on the 29th October …‘For some time now it has been apparent that the old system of contacting other forum members/posters via the Personal/Direct message facility has not been functioning.Could this be put right please? I have made several useful new friends and contacts over the years thanks to this facility. I am sure I am not alone in finding it extremely valuable. People are understandably reluctant to post their email addresses or phone numbers within postings so the PM/DM system is very important. Please let me know your views on this and when we can expect the service to be restored.’I never got a reply and I’m not taking credit :-)
