Local solicitor for advice on short form commercial lease

Can anyone recommend a good, reasonably-priced, local solicitor to advise on a proposed draft of a short-form commercial lease. We're letting for only 12 months, so don't want to incur disproportionate legal costs.

I use several different solicitors but none of them are cheap. They are also all very busy at the moment. Apparently there is a shortage of solicitors as a load have left the profession, presumably one of the consequences of covid.I would suggest finding one in the sticks. They don't really need to be local
