Latest TfL update (01 Nov) on A4/Bridge Roadworks
Westbound, Hogarth roundabout to Chiswick roundabout:From 22:00 on Saturday 5 until 05:00 on Sunday 6 November there will be a full westbound closure.Eastbound, M4 Junction 3 to Hogarth roundabout:From 22:00 on Sunday 6 until 05:00 on Monday 7 November there will be a full eastbound closure.From Monday 7 November, the M4 Chiswick Flyover will reopen but one lane will remain closed between Chiswick roundabout and Hogarth roundabout.The slip road to join the A4 eastbound from Chiswick roundabout will also be closed from 7 November to Monday 12 December. If joining the eastbound carriageway at Chiswick roundabout, please follow the signed diversion route to Hogarth roundabout.Weekend eastbound closures:There will be two weekend full eastbound closures between M4 junction 3 and Hogarth roundabout. Follow the signed diversion route to Hogarth roundabout. Friday 9 from 23:30 until 05:00 on Monday 12 December Friday 16 from 23:30 until 05:00 on Monday 19 DecemberWhile these works take place, delays are expected and you are advised to plan ahead, leave more time for your journey and use alternative routes such as the M40 and A40 between the M25 and central London.Customers using buses in the area are also advised to allow more time for their journey.
