Thanks very much to everyone for their helpful messages, greatly appreciated.I had called Sainsbury's this morning and was told by the person I spoke to, who claimed to be one of the managers, that they were no longer doing spit roasted chickens But a friend went in at lunchtime and found this was not the case and bought me one - it was delicious!!
