Very quiet room for recording vocals required
Hi,This might be an unusual request, but does anyone have a very quiet room in their house (preferably one they are not using), that I could possibly rent for a week (or possibly two) to record some vocals for a creative project. Unfortunately, where I am living is not suitable.I cannot afford studio prices and have all the equipment I need to do this, so it would be fairly unobtrusive; A laptop, audio interface, mic stand/microphone and portable vocal booth. Access to a plug socket would be required also.The microphone would pick up things like traffic, people walking upstairs etc, so a really quiet room would be necessary, or even a closet!I am happy to do it at times that would be convenient for you, so that we are not interfering with eachother’s privacy.If anyone can help or has any suggestions, then it would be greatly appreciated.
