I understand that if an aeroplane crashes there is a very quick assessment of the cause and similar aeroplanes are grounded until the cause is found.It always sounds good when an Inquiry is announced but this often takes years.  It is also odd the way that Coroners' Inquests don't seem to be acted on.  There were a couple of fires including the Lakanal House one in blocks of flats before Grenfell.Did you see that Hammersmith & Fulham are calling for https://www.lbhf.gov.uk/articles/news/2022/09/hf-calls-fire-risk-e-bike-chargers-be-bannedafter a fire
