Parking at Gunnersbury Park

Gemini and YPay became responsible for collecting charges for parking at Gunnersbury Park in May. Since then, very many people have been charged on days they didn't park and been sent demand for non payment for days on which they'd paid and some have had demands from debt collectors for charges that have been paid. A young woman who works at Gunnersbury Museum is now working almost full time to deal with this nonsense. Anyone else suffering from this incompetence?

This is the entirely predictable outcome of employing a company to manage the car park which gets its income solely from fines. The decision demonstrates total contempt for park users.

You only have to look at who works for various companies, to realise the complete lack of common sense and competence. I.e: utter muppets!
