Mobile phone

Over the past few months or so, I have uploaded photos from my mobile phone - an Oppo model, Android version 12, with no problems at all, but now whenever I try to upload anything, it keeps on saying: "Something went wrong. We're having trouble importing from this device. Please try again". I have followed all the relevant instruction, suggestions I can find, but to no avail. The phone is not locked, is connected to my PC, and there are photos on the phone to be uploaded. Anyone know what the problem might be?

have you tried after rebooting the phone ?

maybe you need to buy some more storage? I had that.

BrianYour have to give more details as to how you upload and where too.For now try clearing your cache or check permission to access has not changed.
