Home improvement recommendation
Nearly two years ago, I posted on this forum asking for recommendations for replacement window companies. Ultralux Windows was mentioned and their website looked reassuring, saying they had been trading since 1969 and describing them as a 'Local business you can trust', offering 'Honest to goodness value for money'. We met the owner, Alan Butler, who we liked immensely and gained our trust, though sadly, in our case, all did not go smoothly and was far from what we had agreed...
