An Interesting Statistical Quirk

Yes Michael, I'm not sure what point you are making.  The type of traffic sensor using a tube across the road can record a 2 wheeled vehicle but not the type of 2 wheeled vehicle and as the article was about the impact of traffic restrictions on cars, I didn't think that numbers of 2 wheelers was relevant.Other types of traffic survey equipment *can* distinguish between different types of 2 wheeled vehicles. Hounslow has been using these as well:https://vivacitylabs.com/liveable-neighbourhoods-monitoring/In H&F at the moment they are doing measurements using sensor tubes but with 2 separate sensors across the C9 bike lane and across the roadway.
