visitors permits

I have applied for visitors parking permits twice to Hounslowby downloading the form and sending with ID to the email on the websiteIt says someone will call to take payment but no one hasCant get throughh on phoneAnyone else having issuesThanks

You have to ring them. Think they call you once and that’s that. The answer was quick when I called, they’re collecting money.“Dear Sir/Madam, We have tried to contact you by phone without success. Please call our payment team on 0208 453 3412 between 10am – 3pm Monday – Friday. Please quote your reference number XXXX”

Funnily enough, they called me this afternoon from 0208 965 2779. Took my card details and done - it was so fast I actually wondered if it was legit, but I checked my bank account and it was Hounslow Council.

How soon did they call after applying. Mine almost 10 days now. I had an email after ai applied but no reference number given it just said wait 10 days before contacting them and gavr a link to the application form.
