Southern Cross were brilliant when we had our floors installed in 2016. However, you should note that they have moved from Kew to Twickenham and, looking at Companies House, Don and Margaret, who ran the company, resigned as Directors in Dec 2018 (I suspect, but do not know, that they retired and sold the company to the current owners).
