Isn’t it amazing that residents need to ask for details on a local forum. Did the Council consider the ramifications and complications of these unfair restrictions ? Probably not, otherwise, like the High Road cycle lane tbey would not have to keep tweaking, with no thought of how to advise everyone. Or do they not care, because it means they can hand out fines? There s a lack of control on Councils actions these days, was it always thus?
