Nicholas, Windows 10 is the base operating system (OS), so you can always use it even if you are offline, as that is just the way you open it and login.If you mean Office (Word, Excel etc) then Office 365, is downloadable so that you can use Word, Excel and alike offline, but the Office license is separate to Windows 10 and can be pricey (Student and other discounts are available)If you want basic or free software, then I think Notepad is there but might require you to add it as it may not be installed by default, but there wont be a spreadsheet.there are plenty of free alternatives (Office Libre) or cloud versions (Google Docs / Sheets).I hope that helps, happy to chat if you want to reach me directlyJit
