Parking at Pub in the Park

Is there anywhere / any provision for parking one's bike near the entrance to the event?

The Chiswick House and Gardens website has details for biking to and within the park, site says that bike racks are located at park entrances so think you should be good to go but take a look at the site for all the details. Have a good time!

Having attempted to cycle in the vicinity yesterday evening, I'd suggest leaving your bike north of the A4 if you are coming in that direction and walking through an underpass.

Someone has deposited a kitchen sink under the underpass. Overspill catering perhaps?
