Podiatrist

Looking for recommendation for Podiatrist regarding Plantar Fasciitis please. At least that was the diagnosis over a zoom session by NHS physiotherapist almost a year ago. I am looking for one that does not expect payment of £250 upfront for muscular skeletal assessment and scan before they have even seen me. Many thanks.

Lorraine Jones at Chiswick feet. I saw her with this problem a few years ago and she was v helpful. You can also find various exercise programs online eghttps://www.ortho.wustl.edu/content/Education/3691/Patient-Education/Educational-Materials/Plantar-Fasciitis-Exercises.aspxOne thing lorraine suggested which I found useful was rolling the foot over a small bottle of frozen water. Stretching calves proved really important for me too but it does take a while to feel improvement.

Lorraine doesn’t work at Chiswick feet any more. Mounir has taken over and he’s good too

I saw my (Non NHS) physio for this a couple of years back and have been pain-free since.
