I suspect that Putin will try to paint him as the traitor who destroyed the Soviet Union.
Perhaps history will paint Putin as the man who destroyed the Russian Federation.

Well said Robert.I witnessed Soviet thugs in Estonia and Russia during the 80s and 90s.. even before Gorbachev's time.To see him lying in his open coffin today (on BBC TV). was emotive. A man and wife to be remembered.
