Hi - I understand that Pub in The Park give out free tickets for local residents. Does anyone know the catchment area for this? We live off Sutton Court Road so curious to know if we’d be eligible.

I'd not heard about free tickets for residents before but they have, in the past given away tickets to selected key workers. The Gunnersbury Park events have a ballot for cheap tickets for residents. There may be an excess of tickets for Pub in the Park this year as the acts are perhaps a little bit underwhelming compared to previous years and times are tough. A couple of media organisations who I know normally take VIP packages for these events are not participating this year.

Thanks Felicity. In fact my partner emailed the organisers to see if they offer discounted tickets for Key Workers as she works for the NHS, however they have recently scrapped this scheme. Agree, it is an underwhelming line up and I struggle to see how they can justify the high entry fee while charging high prices for food and drink when you’re in there….

Last year's line up was amazing (Kaiser Chiefs!) but this year looks very disappointing. Still, if the weather holds it might be a good time to sample some nosh.

Not sure re free tickets. If you’re keen to go, I have a family ticket (2 adults, 2 kids (6-16 years old), for Sunday 4 Sept which unfortunately I can no longer use. Bought for £109 - happy to part with for £75.
