Virgin media issues

I am a resident in the Southfield road and I have Virgin Broadband. I have total service loss almost for a month without any reasonable explanation. Is it only me or any neighbor also experience the same issue?

If you have a Virgin phone line as well the quickest way to find out if there is an issue affecting an area rather than just you is to call 150. Virgin's customer service is generally pretty awful. It may help to sign up to their forum where issues get picked up by staff.

I live quite nearby and have not had any problems with Virgin Broadband recently. It went through a period of being very unreliable a couple of years back  but has been okay since. They upgraded the external connection point on my property which had originally been put in by NTL.I found the trick was to keep reporting faults on the mobile app and eventually the issue will be escalated to the point they actually send a engineer out.Alternatively try and find the contact for account closure and tell them you are going to switch because of reliability problems. That should also prompt them to offer an engineer to come out.
