Is it hard to get to talk to a doctor in every surgery or just Grove Park terrace. Have to wait a week just for an phone call.Oh and when did receptionist become medically trained?

Receptionists is to ascertain if you need a doctor,chemist help or even A&E if your description is serious. I think

They call it triage. Once upon a time they used to know their patients well enough to know those who were there all the time looking for appointments when not really urgent and those who only took time off and turned up when it was urgent... Those were the days.
