Found cat in Hammersmith

The following has been posted on Nextdoor forum......FOUND CAT in W6 area (Hammersmith) No collar, microchipped but no answer on any numbers and details inaccurate! Very chatty and friendly, clearly has a loving home to go back to! Brought in yesterday 22/08. Richard, thank you for doing this.  Can I ask how you did this?  Note there is another thread on how to upload pics to this site, or should I have used the newchiswick link?

"Can I ask how you did this?"On my laptop I went to flickr and did a screen grab ("print screen") of the page with the cat's photo, and pasted that into IrfanView which is the free image-handling software that I use. I cropped the page image to just the cat's photo, and saved it.  I then used new.chiswickw4.com to pick up that file and insert it into a forum post.

Karen Maguire posted in July about a neighbour’s missing 1 year old tabby.  If I remember correctly it was lost from the Devonshire Road area.
