Questors Theatre Fund Raiser for New Roof

Hi ThereI'm not sure if this is allowed, but I do know that a lot of Chiswick fools use The Questors Theatre for events and a lot of Chiswick kids have performed there over the years. So I wondered if any of the good people of Chiswick would consider donating to our new roof, which is desperately needed. We were on our way to affording to have it replaced until the pandemic struck and wiped out our savings for it. So anything you could give for this wonderful community theatre to keep our playhouse going would be fantastic. I've posted the link to crowdfunder page here, I hope that works. I recall some talented Chiswick residents and Scholars who performed there... namely Don Taylor RIP and Frank di Rienzo RIP.Wishing you well with your appeal.

Oh good luck i was at questors around 2005 along with (name drops) Ian Kelsey and Nathaniel Parker to watch our kids x2 for me do hairspray on stage. Quite a production if i remember.

No she didn't, Alexandra. You refer in your original post to 'Chiswick fools', which also puzzled me as it's an odd way to ask for money.

Aah yes I did make a typo and meant to say a lot of Chiswick Folk use the theatre. The roof still needs fixing no matter who uses it 😉😆🙏

I think the last time I went was to Made in Dagenham at the end of its run.  Such a pity because I enjoyed it so much and raved about it so much I would have gone again and persuaded some more friends to go too - something you can't really do until you've been yourself!
