Litter bug shaming - Audi TT on Linden Gardens

It’s just unbelievable how dumb/selfish/lazy some folk are… big guy in black Audi TT… reg ending in UTS… probably had too many McDonalds and too little eduction… nonchalantly drops his fast food napkins and paper out of the car window… would love police to fine this sort of anti social behaviour… just sets a terrible tone and poor example to youngsters… muppets…

I live in edensor gardens many non residents use our parking bays from 9 am till late throughout the summer for the paddling pool they then return to their cars empty all their rubbish onto the ground and drive off, attempted to speak to a lady doing just that this week with 3 little ones in tow proceeded to bundle children into car with her parting shot of f**k you, well can just imagine how your children will grow up with no respect whatsoever, shame they do not realise the world they are making today is the world they will have to live in and bring up their children so shame on you and hope the world your creating lives up to your expectations i really woukdn’t wanna be you 😡

I've seen this too at the seaside.  Stopping to eat lunch with a beautiful view of the sea and then dumping the litter out of the car on the ground before driving off.  How can anybody think this is acceptable?  Do we have to have CCTV everywhere?  (They do sometimes catch motorists who throw rubbish out of their windows and fine them.)  Keep Britain Tidy notices perhaps?Take responsibility for yourself and take your rubbish home!

In my younger days I did once see somebody empty their McDonalds wrappers out of a car window. I picked them up and shoved them back into the car. Not sure I would do that these days but it does seem the right thing to do.
