Private Physio enquiry for man post stroke

Hi, can anyone recommend a Physio who would come to his home to assist with mobility whilst he is waiting NHS physio which could take some time. The sessions could probably continue supplementary to NHS physio. He lives on Chiswick end of Hammersmith. Many thanks.
