I am in contact with adult children of 5 of the 8 murder victims.They feel they have been cheated regarding not having their mothers' killer being identified. The bottom line is from experts is that if those women were nurses, teachers, police officers etc. then a review would have been done with all the evidence linking Harold Jones to the killings. Former London Metropolitan police officer Detective Sergeant Alan Jackaman offered his services for free to the Met to do a review believing Jones was the killer but they won't let him near the case. Alan for years had insisted that Rachel Nickell had been killed on Wimbledon Common on 15 July 1992 by Robert Napper but the Met refused to act on Alan's information. Instead they set up Colin Stagg who was jailed but later released as an innocent man. If Alan Jackaman's had been listened to, the later rapes and murders of Samantha Bisset, 28, and her four-year-old daughter Jazmine would have been prevented.
